Build process

Typical production lead time is about 45 days after specs, deposit, and build sheet are confirmed. Freight, tax, registration, delivery, options, and installation are quoted separately.

Pre-order timing and delays

The 45-day timing is an estimated production window based on the confirmed build sheet. If a project schedule changes before shipment or before production is complete, ROCKTANK USA will contact the customer with the new timing and available options, including approving the new schedule or canceling/refunding the unbuilt or unshipped order as required by applicable rules.
