This policy should be read together with our Pre-order and Build Policy, which describes how ROCKTANK USA build orders work.

These are built-to-order products

ROCKTANK USA truck camper boxes, empty DIY shells, flatbed campers, off-road trailers, canopy systems and custom fabrication are built to a confirmed build sheet for a specific truck and a specific use. They are not stock items.

Deposits

A deposit is used to start a build conversation, hold a project slot, review truck fitment, collect measurements, prepare a build sheet and move the quote forward. A deposit is not always the full product price. Final price, payment schedule, freight, taxes, installation, options and custom work are confirmed with you before production begins.

Before production begins

If you decide not to proceed before production has begun on your build, contact us and we will work through the options with you, including what portion of any amount paid covers design, fitment and planning work already carried out.

If our timing changes

If a project schedule changes on our side before shipment or before production is complete, we will contact you with the new timing and the options available. Depending on the stage of the project and applicable rules, those options may include approving the new schedule or cancelling and refunding the unbuilt or unshipped order.

After production and delivery

Because each unit is built to your confirmed specification, orders that have entered or completed production are handled case by case rather than under a standard return window. Please inspect your unit on delivery and contact us promptly, with photographs, if anything arrives damaged or does not match the agreed build sheet.
