Pre-order & Build Policy
How ROCKTANK USA build orders work
Most ROCKTANK USA products are custom, pre-order, or build-to-order systems. We build truck camper boxes, empty DIY shells, flatbed campers, off-road trailers, canopy systems, overseas build planning, and custom fabrication. In the United States, ROCKTANK USA does not sell complete vehicles.
Deposits
A deposit can be used to start a build conversation, hold a project slot, review truck fitment, collect measurements, prepare a build sheet, and move the quote forward. A deposit is not always the full product price. Final price, payment schedule, taxes, installation, options, and custom work are confirmed before production.
What the price includes
Freight to the continental United States is included in the listed product price. Taxes, duties, chassis, installation, and custom options are quoted separately unless specifically listed as included. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States is quoted per project.
Production timing
These are custom, built-to-order units, not stock items. Typical production time is about 90 days or more after the build sheet, deposit, measurements, and specifications are confirmed. Custom work, overseas build planning, special materials, shipping routes, or installation schedules can take longer. We will give you a target window in writing before production begins.
If timing changes
If a project schedule changes before shipment or before production is complete, ROCKTANK USA will contact the customer with the new timing and available options. Depending on the project stage and applicable rules, those options may include approving the new schedule or canceling/refunding the unbuilt or unshipped order.
Quote-required products
T800 Off-Road Trailer, canopy systems, full carbon fiber camper boxes, overseas build service, and many custom fabrication jobs are quote-required. Use the deposit option only when you are ready to start the conversation, or contact us first if you are unsure.
