Build Deposit / Pre-order Deposit

Use this deposit to start a ROCKTANK USA custom build conversation for a truck camper box, flatbed camper, off-road trailer, canopy, overseas build, or custom fabrication project.

This deposit is not the full product price. It is used to hold the project slot, start measurements, review truck fitment, prepare the build sheet, and move the quote process forward.

How it works

1. Place the deposit or contact us first.
2. We confirm truck platform, measurements, use case, options, delivery, and installation plan.
3. We prepare a build sheet and final quote.
4. Production begins after the build sheet and payment schedule are confirmed.

These are custom, built-to-order units. Typical production lead time for many systems is about 90 days or more after specs, deposit, and build sheet are confirmed. Some custom work may take longer.

Pre-order timing and delays

This production window is an estimate based on the confirmed build sheet. If a project schedule changes before shipment or before production is complete, ROCKTANK USA will contact the customer with the new timing and available options, including approving the new schedule or canceling/refunding the unbuilt or unshipped order as required by applicable rules.
