Build-to-order products

Most ROCKTANK USA products are custom, pre-order or build-to-order systems rather than stock items held on a shelf. Production begins after the build sheet, deposit, measurements and specifications are confirmed.

What the price includes

Freight to the continental United States is included in the listed product price. Taxes, duties, chassis, installation and custom options are quoted separately unless specifically listed as included. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the United States is quoted per project.

Production timing

These are custom, built-to-order units. Typical production time is about 90 days or more after the build sheet, deposit, measurements and specifications are confirmed. Custom work, overseas build planning, special materials, shipping routes and installation schedules can take longer. We will give you a target window in writing before production begins.

If a project schedule changes before shipment or before production is complete, we will contact you with the new timing and the options available at that stage, which may include approving the new schedule or cancelling and refunding the unbuilt or unshipped order. Delivery

We can ship to your home, your local shop, or a ROCKTANK-supported installation studio when a project needs extra hands. Because these are large freight items, please make sure the delivery location can receive and unload them, and tell us in advance if access is limited.

Installation support

Installation support is available out of Dallas, Texas and Los Angeles, California. Tell us during the quote stage if you need installation so it can be included in the plan.

Overseas build service

Vehicle transport for our overseas build service is planned separately as part of a consultation covering route, timing, documents, insurance, customs, build scope, installation needs and return plan.
